These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Luck Bazaar's Website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Luck Bazaar's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Unless otherwise stated, Luck Bazaar and/or it's licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Luck Bazaar. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:

Cancellation an Order
In instances where the Goods purchased by the Buyer have become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Vendor the order may be cancelled by the Vendor. In instances where delivery of the Goods has become impossible due to restrictions placed on destinations by freight and logistics companies or quarantine bodies have restricted the delivery of Goods the Vendor has the right to cancel the Order. In instances where Orders are cancelled the Vendor will notify the Buyer to the email provided by the Buyer at the time of registering account with the Marketplace. The Vendor may make an offer to the Buyer to amend the Order to reflect the changing circumstances listed above and the Buyer may or may not accept such a revised Order at their discretion. The Buyer may in such instances of not agreeing to a revised Order cancel the Order or agree to the revised Order and accept any revised conditions.
In instances where a Buyer’s Order has been cancelled by a Vendor for legitimate reasons as described above if the price of Goods has increased significantly from the time the original Order was placed by the Buyer to the time a new Order is placed by a Buyer the Buyer should contact the Marketplace at email@example.com.
In instances where Orders have become cancelled the cost of the Goods shall be refunded to the Buyer and such costs will be reflected in the Buyer’s personal account registered with the Marketplace. The refunded amount can be used for future purchases or returned to the Buyer’s bank or financial institution at the Buyer’s discretion.
A Marketplace may cancel an Order if there are sufficient grounds to determine that the Buyer’s personal data has been compromised by unlawful third parties who have unlawfully accessed the Buyer’s personal account and have made unlawful Orders on the Buyer’s behalf. In such instances the Buyer must contact the Marketplace at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In instances where the Buyer cancels an Order after the Order has been delivered to the Buyer the Buyer must return the Goods to the Vendor at their expense. If goods and/or services are returned by the Buyer to the Vendor the goods and/or services must be in original condition with intact original labelling and seals and must have not been opened or tampered with in any manner. If the returned Goods have been deemed to have been damaged or opened or tampered with in any way the Marketplace has the right to refuse a refund to the Buyer.
Delivery of Goods
The delivery of Goods ordered by Buyers is restricted to the laws applicable in the country of the Buyer. The Buyer has an obligation to ensure the Goods purchased from Marketplace meet the lawful requirements of their country. In instances where lawful authorities have prevented at their discretion the delivery of Goods in the country of the buyer or intermediate transit country where Goods may need to pass en route to the Buyer the Marketplace shall not be deemed liable to refund the cost of such goods and/or services to the Buyer.
Marketplace is obliged to begin the process of delivery of Goods to Buyers in no later than 10 business days from the date an Order was paid in full by Buyers. In instances where there are unforeseen delays beyond the control of the Marketplace that may increase the estimated time of delivery of the Goods purchased by a Buyer the Marketplace must notify the Buyer explaining in detail the circumstances of such delays. Whilst delivery charges are included in the cost of Goods and calculated at the time of placing an Order it must be noted that customs charges taxes and other relevant charges imposed by relevant lawful authorities is not included in the cost of the Order. Such additional charges as determined by the relevant laws applicable in the country of the Buyer must be borne solely by the Buyer.
Delivery of the Goods is carried out within ninety (90) days. If the Goods were not delivered within the specified period, the Buyer sends a corresponding complaint to the Marketplace at email@example.com. The Marketplace undertakes to send the complaint to the postal service through which the Goods were sent within 5 business days from the date of receipt. Upon receipt of a response from the postal service, Marketplace undertakes to immediately notify the Buyer of this.
